BE / LONGING - Windowscape Photographs by Lynda Joyce Perry
Be / Longing :LyndaJ. Perry'swindowscapephotos juxtapose interior consumer spaces with exterior reflections, often including the photographer and random passing movement. The resultblurs the boundry between inner /outer, separation /assimilation,voyeurism /exhibitionism, intention /chance, order /chaos. Lynda Perry's images embracecontradiction: They are playful and thought provoking, seductive and cynical, humorous and unsettling.

MOTEL Photography by Steve Payne (Canada)
The highway motel is an icon in North American popular culture, often appearing in movies, paintings and songs. The motels in these photographs were all found along highways in the US and Canada. Photographed at night, in colour and in high resolution, they strongly evoke an earlier era when the motel, with its colour, architecture and aesthetic, played such a large part in the North American landscape
